We’re Hiring : Anaplan Senior Engineer (Financial & Workforce Planning)

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Bengaluru

We are looking for an Anaplan Senior Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Anaplan models supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Workforce Planning.

What you’ll do :

Build and maintain Anaplan models for budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.

Partner with Finance and HR teams to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.

Develop modules, lists, line items, dashboards, and UX pages.

Support scenario planning, driver-based models, and connected planning.

Manage integrations with source systems using Anaplan Connect, APIs, or ETL.

What we’re looking for :

Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model building (Finance + Workforce Planning).

Proficiency in Anaplan formulas, model optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience with connected planning and data integration.

Certification in Anaplan (Level 2 / 3 preferred).

'Nice to have : FP&A knowledge, HR workforce planning expertise, exposure to other EPM tools.
