About the Role
Xylem Learning Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and field-oriented Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Calicut.
This role involves frequent travel across our South India branches to support regional teams and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals.
We’re looking for professionals with a strong background in Ed-Tech or fast-paced organizations (500+ employees) who can effectively partner with business units and drive people-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) implementation and ensure timely reviews, feedback, and performance-linked actions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance HR processes, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support capability building, training needs assessment, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor in resolving employee relations matters professionally and empathetically.
Candidate Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.3–5 years of proven experience in HRBP or Strategic HR roles.Strong understanding of HR operations, PMS implementation, and statutory compliance.Ability to analyze HR metrics and support business decisions using data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.Flexibility to travel frequently across branches in South India as part of business requirements.Why Join Us
