We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager HORECA to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth in the HORECA sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the HORECA sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
- Train and support sales team members to enhance their performance and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
3-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the HORECA sector.Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Skills Required
