About the Role :

The Designated Person Ashore will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations, as well as implementing quality, health, safety, environmental, cybersecurity, and ethics policies.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and implement internal audits to ensure ISM certification is up-to-date
• Participate in Emergency Response Team to respond to emergencies
• Monitor KPIs for vessels to ensure optimal performance
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to minimize risks
• Ensure trainings of shore and ship staff on relevant policies and procedures
