Job description1–3 years of experience in UX / UI design (preferably SaaS or digital products). Background in UX / UI, Interaction Design, or related discipline — from institutes like NIFT, NID, IIT, or equivalent experience. A strong portfolio showing your UX thinking and clean UI craft. Hands-on with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc). Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS or front-end design handoff practices. Experience with user testing tools like Maze, Useberry.. etc. Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered design tools like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, or Galileo AI to enhance creativity and workflow speed.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to uncover insights.
- Explore human–AI interaction, prompt design, and conversational UX to push the boundaries of modern product design.
- Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the product.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and internal reviews.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices.
