Experience : 4+ years with ruby on rails

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with extensive experience in AWS services and system scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling high-scale systems, managing background jobs with Sidekiq and Redis, and writing efficient algorithms and scripts. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with a scaled product or product company

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS services, including EC2, load balancing, RDS, and EBS.
• Handle high-scale systems with tens of thousands of users and manage background jobs using Sidekiq and Redis.
• Write efficient algorithms and scripts to automate tasks and improve system performance.
• Optimize queries in both RDS and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Perform web scraping tasks as needed.
• Work with JavaScript and jQuery to enhance application functionality.
