Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Head of the Department - Computer Science at CTPL, located in the Mohali district. The Head of the Department will oversee the development and delivery of the computer science curriculum, coordinate and manage faculty members, and ensure the quality of education provided. Additional responsibilities include conducting and guiding research projects, participating in administrative meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders to align educational programs with market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Teaching and Education
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development
• Strong background in Research
• Knowledge and experience in Physics is beneficial
• Excellent leadership and administrative skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• PhD or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the EdTech industry is an advantage
