Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

QA Automation Engineer

with

6–8 years of experience

in automation testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web and mobile applications through robust test automation strategies, continuous integration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile (Android & iOS) applications.

Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalability and reusability.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution.

Conduct performance and regression testing through automation.

Document test results, identify bugs, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools, frameworks, and processes.

Required Skills :

6–8 years of hands-on experience

in automation testing of web and mobile applications.

Proficiency with automation tools such as

Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks .

Strong programming / scripting skills in

Java, JavaScript, or Python

for writing test cases.

Experience with

CI / CD tools

like

Jenkins, GitLab CI , or equivalent.

Familiarity with

Android Studio ,

Xcode ,

Postman , and

Charles Proxy

for debugging and API validation.

Experience in creating detailed, reusable test cases and test documentation.

Solid understanding of testing principles, software development life cycle, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have :

Experience with performance testing tools like

JMeter

or

LoadRunner .

Knowledge of

React Native ,

Swift , or

Objective-C

environments.

Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like

BrowserStack

or

Sauce Labs .
