About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to join our growing team. If you're someone who lives and breathes social media, understands current trends, and can turn fresh ideas into engaging content — we want you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage daily content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Develop high-quality Reels, stories, and short-form videos that align with brand identity and trends

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, formats, and content styles to innovate consistently

Handle end-to-end social media account management — posting, monitoring engagement, responding to comments / messages

Collaborate with design, marketing, and branding teams to execute campaign strategies

Analyze performance using insights and analytics, and optimize content for higher reach and engagement

Brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns, topical content, and seasonal promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or content creation roles

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends

Excellent skills in creating and editing Reels / short videos (basic video editing knowledge is a must)

Creative storytelling ability with sharp attention to detail

Good communication and copywriting skills for captions and social media posts

Knowledge of hashtags, SEO for social media, and audience engagement techniques

Bonus Skills

Experience with graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Awareness of influencer marketing and collaborations

Photography & videography basics
