Job descriptionDesign, implement, and manage network security measures to protect Suzlons data and infrastructure from cyber threats. Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and mitigate potential security incidents and breaches. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network security protocols across all functions. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures and recommend improvements. Respond promptly to network security alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. Develop and enforce security policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Educate and train staff on security awareness and best practices to foster a culture of security-consciousness within the organization. Stay informed about the latest network security technologies and trends to continuously enhance Suzlons security posture.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong Skills : Cisco Routing, Switching; Proficient : Fortinet, Cisco ASA.
- Knowledge of MPLS & IPSEC, LAN, and WAN.
- Experience in enterprise network security.
- Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- CCNA certification or equivalent.
- CCNP, CCSP, CCDP - Cisco Certifications.
