Role : Conversion Analyst
The Conversion Analyst will support customer onboarding activities by configuring communication solutions (DP1, IBS Merge). This role involves data / document mapping, configuration setup and quality checks to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configuration & Onboarding :
- Configure DP1 and IBS Merge solutions as per onboarding requirements
- Perform configuration and onboarding setup activities
- Maintain version control and track configuration changes
- Coordination & Reporting :
- Coordinate with internal BA, QA, Ops, and PM teams
- Monitor onboarding progress and update internal trackers
- Support process improvements and reusable asset creation
Required Skills :
Experience in BFSI / KPO / BPO back-office operationsGood communication and comprehension skillsStrong analytical ability and attention to detailProficiency in Excel and handling structured dataAbility to learn and work with enterprise tools / platformsDocumentation and process adherence skills
