API Platform Support Engineer

We are hiring for one of our product based MNC client based out of pune location

NP - Immediate joiner to 30 days

skills :

• Apigee Hybrid
• SRE- Support, Monitoring, Troubleshooting
• Middleware support
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, Open Shift)
• API Registry and Marketplace
• Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and networking fundamentals.
• Troubleshooting DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

Hands-on experience providing engineering support for enterprise API Management platforms with Apigee Hybrid / Edge – API proxy, policies, and developer portal.

Experience with API Registry and Marketplace

Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Support, or DevOps.

Experience troubleshooting DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

Experience instrumenting monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk etc.).

Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift) and containerized workloads.

Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and networking fundamentals.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and incident management skills.
