We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation Agentic AI low-code / no-code hyperautomation platform. You will be responsible for engineering excellence, SDLC enforcement, and ensuring product scalability, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
What you'll do at EvoluteIQ :
Primary Ownership :
- To drive AI-First Development within EIQ Product Engineering Team – with Vibe Coding and internally developed AI-First model to drive the engineering.
- Comprehensive ownership of Engineering DevSecOps with complete SDLC cutting across all technologies : Java, Python, .NET, JS and others used in the platform.
Detailed responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.Define, enforce, and continuously improve SDLC and quality processes.Oversee delivery of product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Conduct design and code reviews;ensure adherence to architectural principles.
Own release readiness and production deployment quality.Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps for seamless delivery.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and automation initiatives.What will you bring to the team?
15+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in engineering management.Strong hands-on background in Java / Spring Boot, TypeScript / React, and Kubernetes / Docker.Proven record of enforcing SDLC, testing, and CI / CD processes.Solid understanding of REST / gRPC, microservices, event-driven design and observability.Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.Good To Have :
Experience building enterprise SaaS or LowCode NoCode platforms.Knowledge of AI / ML or GenAI pipeline integrations.Familiarity with security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).Success Indicators
