As we expand into new markets and onboard more businesses, we’re looking for Client Relation Managers to nurture strong relationships with our clients and ensure their workspace runs smoothly, day in and day out.

Role Description

The Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across our workspace locations. This role is about understanding client needs, resolving issues proactively, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality experience that reflects Acquir’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across assigned workspaces
  • Act as the first point of contact for daily assistance, issue resolution, and service coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Facilities, and Leasing teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Gather client feedback to drive improvements in workspace experience
  • Organize and support community-building activities and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure SLA adherence and quality standards are consistently met
  • Maintain documentation and regular reporting on client interactions and satisfaction levels

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, hospitality, co-working, or facility management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle multiple requests with empathy and efficiency
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across teams
  • Experience in managed offices or hospitality environments is a plus
