Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Key tasks include cost control, preparing BOQs, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role will require close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure financial efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in cost reporting and financial tracking of construction projects
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is a plus
