Associate Manager – Social Media & Strategy

Job description3–7 years of experience, preferably with at least a year in a media agency. Hands-on expertise in Social Media Analytics (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook). Strong creative instincts and experience driving brand strategy. Excellent vendor management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills. Passion for brand storytelling, data-driven decisions, and new-age marketing.
What You’ll Do 🎯
- Craft and execute impactful social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Dive deep into analytics to decode performance, engagement, and audience insights.
- Brainstorm and bring alive fresh content ideas that resonate with modern audiences.
- Shape brand storytelling and strategy to build strong emotional connect and recall.
- Manage vendors, creators, and partners to deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social trends, features, and algorithms to keep ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring big ideas to life.
