About us

program will pair a mentor and mentee on the basis of latter’s predilection

towards a discipline and subfield of interest, and the former’s academic

expertise. The mentor and mentee – inclined towards a common goal of a novel

research output.

About the position

Critical to the program administration and research quality, the Academic

director wishes to recruit research assistants in the newly formed and evolving

Program.

Qualification : A Master's degree in STEM or related fields from a renowned institute.

Experience : Prior research experience in the form of supervised thesis / research papers / projects. Conference participation and paper presentation. Published works are a bonus.

Interest in teaching high school students about research.

Roles and responsibilities : As a research assistant one is required to assist mentors in guiding the students, expected to develop learning materials and resources, look into administrative needs and work on one or more independent research projects relevant to their field.

Reporting to the academic leads and academic director.

Work in collaboration with various early career scholars and under the supervision of the program founders.

Assisting in guided research and conducting one on one sessions, workshops, and seminars about research

Closely working with the founding body's academic counselling department

Strategising and working with the team for the program's growth

Carrying out administrative tasks and facilitating the program

Basic proofreading and editing skills of scientific papers

Willing to contribute to a developing academic environment.

Start date and expected salary range :

Immediate

25-35K INR, including accommodation and meals in Jaipur for out-station employee.
