The Role of a Quality Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned expert to assume the role of a quality management specialist. This individual will be responsible for analyzing quality processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze quality control processes and identify areas for improvement
- Configure and customize SAP QM modules for quality planning and audit management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions
- Conduct system testing and provide user training
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in SAP QM
- Participate in projects focusing on quality functionality and process integration
- Manage data flows between QM and other SAP modules
- Manage master data related to quality inspection plans and sampling procedures
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality management principles, experience configuring quality control processes, and familiarity with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
