Job Title : Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

Experience : 10 to 13 Years

Location : Gurgaon, India

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–13 years of experience to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET Core , React , Cloud platforms (GCP / Azure) , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines , along with a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
  • Drive cloud-native development using GCP or Azure , including container orchestration with Kubernetes .
  • Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Apply design patterns and architectural principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application responsiveness and reliability.

Technical Skills Required :

  • Backend : .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework
  • Frontend : React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
  • Cloud Platforms : Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
  • DevOps & Containers : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Architecture : Microservices, Event-driven architecture, API Gateway
  • Design Patterns : MVC, Repository, Singleton, Factory, Dependency Injection
  • Databases : SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB
  • Version Control : Git, GitHub / GitLab

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in cloud-native application development and deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
