About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in building robust automation frameworks and testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

This role requires excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) to work effectively with international stakeholders in the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, record, and track bugs, issues, and test results in a defect tracking system.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.
Leverage AWS services for testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
Provide test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure quality across multiple releases and environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

5–8 years of experience in QA Automation.

Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.) and their use in testing.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred :

Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Performance testing experience (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).

Cloud-native application testing experience.
