Job Title : Tech Lead - Angular UI

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead - Angular UI to spearhead the development and delivery of cutting-edge Angular applications.

In this leadership role, you will architect and design scalable frontend solutions, guide and mentor engineering teams, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure robust, high-quality user interfaces that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Angular-based applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers on best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to elevate team capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UX / UI designers to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.
• Own and define state management and API integration strategies using RxJS, NgRx, RESTful services, and microservices architectures.
• Drive initiatives to optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and adopt continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) processes.
• Ensure responsive design principles are applied consistently, and UI / UX standards are met across all supported platforms and browsers.
• Champion the use of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma) and automated testing practices to maintain high code quality.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the frontend team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bonus : Exposure to mobile app frameworks such as Ionic or Flutter is an advantage
