Construction Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA / QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct quality checks for materials, concrete, and workmanship as per project specifications and standards.

Prepare BBS, and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and QA / QC documentation.

Verify and certify quantities for RA Bills in coordination with the billing and site team.

Ensure that only approved and inspected works are considered for billing.

Check measurement sheets, bar bending schedules, and site progress against drawings before billing submission.

Provide QA / QC clearance for billing purposes

Coordinate with the site team to ensure all work inspections (RFI) are completed and approved.

Monitor and ensure compliance with IS codes, drawings, and method statements.

Carry out non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow-up on corrective actions.

Verify laboratory test reports and calibration of testing equipment.

Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management.

Ensure that all construction activities meet the quality and safety standards of the project.

Experience in a minimum of two Mivan shuttering projects along with atleast 2 high-rise buildings.

Requirements :

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

3–4 years of experience in QA / QC (Building / Mivan preferred).

Strong knowledge of QA / QC procedures, concrete testing, and documentation.
