Job description

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Domo . You will partner closely with business and technical teams to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo .
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data models and insights.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and integrations.
  • Interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and create automated reporting solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA and related regulations).
  • Document processes, dashboards, and best practices for scalability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Domo (datasets, ETL, Beast Modes, Magic ETL, dataflows).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, claims, patient data, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Good to Have

  • Exposure to other BI / Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with Python / R for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Previous experience in a health-tech or SaaS environment.
