Job Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end US recruitment and staffing initiatives for IT and Non-IT roles.

Source, screen, and manage top talent using job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).

Coordinate interviews and oversee offer negotiations.

Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve targets.

Maintain accurate ATS records and staffing metrics.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs.

✅ Requirements :

Minimum 5-20 years of experience in US staffing / recruitment.

Strong knowledge of

US Tax terms

(W2, C2C, 1099) and

Visa classifications

(H1B, GC, USC).

Proven experience leading a team or managing recruitment processes.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
