Description : Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into innovative design solutions.
Design UI / UX elements for our agentic automation platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Create and iterate on visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to our industry.

Requirements :

4+ years of experience as a Designer in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design practices.

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
