We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our fintech development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sprint execution, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality financial products aligned with regulatory requiremWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our fintech development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sprint execution, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality financial products aligned with regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team engagement and productivity.
• Coach Agile Teams : Promote Agile best practices, encourage self-organization, and help team members adopt Agile principles.
• Impediment Removal : Identify, track, and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, liaising with stakeholders as necessary.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a bridge between product owners, development teams, and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Sprint Management : Assist Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure development activities meet industry standards, security, and compliance regulations typical in fintech.
• Report & Metrics : Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement within teams.
