Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program implementation strategy for FLN programs across multiple districts and states.
- Act as the primary contact for all critical program decisions across states
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide adequate backend support for the program and ensure internal alignment among different teams.
- Develop key indicators and metrics to track program progress. Establish processes and Management Information Systems (MIS) to continuously measure these metrics.
- Create comprehensive documentation for the programs, including processes, guidebooks, and data analysis frameworks
- Oversee the budgeting process for FLN programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and approved budgets.
- Conduct regular reviews of program expenditures and financial performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to program teams in budget management and financial planning activities.
- Manage relationships with donors, including government agencies, foundations, and other funding partners, in collaboration with the Director - State Programs.
- Lead the development and submission of funding proposals, ensuring alignment with donor priorities and program objectives.
Requirements :
Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in strategizing and managing large-scale programs.Strong proficiency in data handling, management, and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.Experience in managing large teams involved in field operations.Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the government system and cross-functional teams within the organization.Capacity to manage tight timelines, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations inherent in working within a government system.Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
