HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its IT Team. We are looking to fill the Head - Analytics position based in Ahmedabad.

Position / Profile Title : Head - Analytics

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 15-20 years

Reporting To : Chief Information Officer

Essential Qualification : Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Essential Area of Expertise :

Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc., SQL, Python / R, and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation.

Desired Area of Expertise :

Having worked in SAP S4Hanna environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision.

Champion data-driven decision-making across business units.

Data Governance & Architecture :

Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Advanced Analytics & BI :

Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics.

Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting.

Team Management :

Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities.

Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
