Mission
Lead Hoora's D2C business, with full P&L ownership, to build a dominant brand in the automotive products market. Your main goal is to drive the business to ₹20-25 Crore in yearly revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Management: Fully own the D2C vertical's P&L, ensuring end-to-end business delivery and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Performance Marketing: Run ROI-focused ad campaigns across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and affiliate channels to drive high-value traffic and conversions.
- Growth & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and eCommerce funnels. Use analytics and A/B testing to reduce drop-offs and improve user journeys.
- Product & Market Strategy: Work with product and sourcing teams to identify high-selling products (SKUs). Define pricing, positioning, and creative angles to maximize market response.
- Customer Retention: Execute retention strategies to boost repeat purchase rates and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through channels like email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Data & Reporting: Track daily and weekly KPIs, including revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and repeat purchase metrics. Maintain dashboards to share actionable insights with the leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align teams across growth marketing, product, tech, and operations to ensure flawless execution of business goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in a D2C, marketing, or business leadership role, preferably in the autocare or automotive products industry.
- Track Record (Mandatory): Must have a proven direct contribution to scaling a brand to ₹20-25 Crore or more in yearly revenue.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of the D2C ecosystem, including paid media mastery (Meta, Google), funnel building, CRO, and retention marketing.
- Industry Fit: Experience with automotive product brands (like 3M, Turtle Wax, Wavex, Shinex etc) or hyperlocal companies (like Zomato, Blinkit, GoMechanic etc) is highly preferred.
- Technical Tools: Proficient with Shopify, GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Location: Must be Nagpur-based or willing to relocate.
