Job description

Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our hiring panel on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring across multiple technology domains and be confident in evaluating candidates through structured technical discussions and assessments.

You will work closely with our internal team and technical interviewers to help identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for clients and internal requirements.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment sourcing screening shortlisting and coordinating interviews

Conduct initial technical screening discussions to assess candidate fit

Collaborate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche technology positions

Leverage job portals referrals and networking for proactive candidate sourcing

Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and candidate reports

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Who Can Apply :

HR / Talent Acquisition professionals with 3–6 years of technical hiring experience

Proven experience in recruiting for roles across software development data cloud and DevOps domains

Prior experience in hiring for the Indian market is a must

Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of technical job descriptions hiring trends and industry terminology

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Required Experience Level : 3 – 6 years
