Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and configure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) environments.
- Manage AEM content lifecycle : authoring, publishing, workflows, tagging, and versioning.
- Develop AEM templates, components, and pages using best practices (in collaboration with developers if needed).
- Assist content authors, marketers, and developers in optimizing the use of AEM tools.
- Work with frontend / backend teams to ensure seamless integration of content with other platforms (CRM, DAM, analytics).
- Support digital asset management and content governance across channels.
- Troubleshoot AEM issues and coordinate with Adobe or developers for resolution.
- Document AEM processes, workflows, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and participate in upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets) .Familiarity with AEM architecture, templates, components, and workflows.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web content adjustments.Experience working in enterprise content management or marketing operations teams.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools and integration with AEM is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.Desirable Skills :
Adobe AEM certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites ).Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or Adobe Managed Services (AMS) .Familiarity with Sightly (HTL) , OSGi , and JCR structure.Basic understanding of SEO , accessibility , and analytics tagging in AEM context.Experience with personalization using Adobe Target or integration with Adobe Analytics .Skills Required
