Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and hands-on execution ability. You will play a key role in driving product vision, strategy, and delivery in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver innovative fintech products.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and continuously refine product strategies.
Stay updated with fintech trends, regulations, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements :

3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or digital banking / payments / lending / wealth management.

Graduate / Postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute.

Strong understanding of fintech ecosystem, regulatory frameworks, and customer behavior.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

Prior experience in scaling fintech products.

Knowledge of APIs, digital payments, or financial compliance.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
