About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for Mainframe, Cybersecurity, and Networking roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring top-quality talent acquisition for niche technology positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (Mainframe, Cybersecurity, Networking).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and technical expectations .
- Source candidates using Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Indeed , and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary technical discussions to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring technology roles .
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and provide feedback loops.
- Handle offer negotiations , onboarding coordination, and post-hire engagement.
- Maintain accurate data and reports in ATS / Excel / Google Sheets.
Required Skills & Experience
2–6 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on Mainframe, Cybersecurity, or Networking domains.Strong understanding of technical terminologies , certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, RACF, z / OS), and relevant job functions.Proven track record in closing niche technology roles under tight deadlines.Familiarity with end-to-end sourcing strategies (Boolean search, job boards, referrals, campus hiring).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with MS Excel / Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
