Department Head- Finance & Accounts

Job Description :

1- Finance & Accounting : Organize and control the Finance & Accounts activities of the Unit to ensure compliance of financial systems & facilitate timely closing of company accounts

2- Working Capital Management : Effectively manage Working Capital in order to minimize interest cost

3- MIS Planning & Budgeting & Capex : Ensure timely preparation of MIS Financial Planning & Budgeting evaluation of Capex and other reports for effective & timely decision making by Management

4- Direct Indirect Taxation and Commercial laws : Ensure timely and accurate compliance with various laws and explore and avail all Incentives and Tax benefits

5. Business Continuity Risk Management and Insurance : Timely preparation & coordinate review of various risks and prepare effective mitigation plans thereof and ensure full coverage of risk with minimum premium outgo.

6. Process Improvement & Statutory Compliances : Ensure compliances of relevant statute of the Department as well as implementation of relevant CFD SOPs

7. System Management (Safety Sustainability & WCM) : To facilitate roadmap implementation of Safety & Sustainability sub-committees so as to improve compliance levels

8. People Development : Maintain a congenial work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity growth & motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the Unit

9. Logistic and Scrap Management Committee. Optimization of Cost and integration of resources
