Entry-Level Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for freshers for Server Administrator roles to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing our servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Linux and Windows servers, both physical and virtual (VMware / Hyper-V / KVM).
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply timely fixes.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure network security, patch management, and compliance with company policies.
• Automate server tasks using scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Maintain and monitor firewall, DNS, DHCP, mail servers, and web hosting environments.
• Maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
• Server support at specific instances
• Customer communication
