Job Description
The Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support for multiple account implementation projects. This individual is responsible for providing expert guidance on the Highradius and Partner projects for O2C products.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing technical assistance to clients throughout the product implementation process
- Owning ticket resolution by diligently debugging issues and offering resolutions
- Troubleshooting Cloud UAT environment-related technical issues to ensure seamless operations
- Developing tools and utilities to reduce technical issues and enhance productivity
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other technical documentation to empower customers and internal teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product quality through continuous learning and improvement
- Staying current with the latest product features, updates, and technologies through ongoing professional development
- Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribution to a team environment focused on achieving customer satisfaction goals and driving business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of Java development / Java Support experience using Java as the primary programming languageBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution preferredBenefits
