Key Responsibilities :
Keep the owner’s schedule. Book meetings, calls, and travel . Make sure tasks from the owner are done.
Write reports, slides or letters . Read emails and answer or pass them on. Take calls .
Talk with the team, with vendors and clients . Attend meetings . Note down important points and make sure things are completed on time.
Do jobs that the owner asks : do research, plan agenda, help with travel and hotel bookings .
Keep things private. Need a person who understand confidentiality .
Required Skills & Training :
Excellent command of both English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking); strong verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask, manage priorities, adapt to changing schedules.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email / calendar tools; ability to learn new tools; training in time-management and professional etiquette.
