Technology Analyst in Banking Technology with good knowledge of Java, Microservices, Database and good domain knowledge of Corporate banking or similar banking platform.
Conversant with ITIL best practices having worked on Incident Management for technology application.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and actively participate in decision for issues prioritization.
Resolve the incidents and tickets assigned to the team. Interact with users to resolve the issues.
Monitor the various jobs in EOD and BOD and perform sanity and monitor the transaction processing cutoff times.
Monitor the alerts and escalate and resolve alerts raised by the tools.
Support Infrastructure patching and manage the schedule.
Candidate should be able to perform deployment, Measure impacts, gather issue Information and Coordinate with vendor on Issues / Defect Resolution.
Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations.
Should manage and Track System Performance, Participate technically and functionally in process optimization.
Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate this to vendor specific documents.
Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.
