Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality project execution while driving operational excellence, resource planning, and client satisfaction.

Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects across departments (creative, digital, media, and tech).
Define project delivery frameworks, workflows, and performance standards to ensure smooth execution.
Manage multiple project teams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
Collaborate closely with department heads, account managers, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Oversee resource allocation, task prioritization, and workload distribution for optimal team efficiency.
Track project performance metrics and present delivery reports to senior management.
Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and team efficiency through feedback and performance analysis.
Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, building a culture of accountability and ownership.
Ensure all deliverables align with the company’s quality, brand, and operational standards.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Deep understanding of digital, marketing, or technology project lifecycles.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in project or delivery management roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Experience in a digital agency, IT services, or marketing environment preferred.
