Process Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end UK Payroll Processing is mandatory.
• Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Perform FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
• Handle gross and net overpayment calculations.
• Knowledge of year-end payroll activities (End of Year, Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
• Analyze and validate pre- and post-payroll run reports.
• Ensure SLA compliance by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
• Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members.

Mode : Work from office (5 days)

Shift : UK shift 1pm to 10pm

Experience : 3–4 years of UK Payroll knowledge

Education : Graduate (non-technical)
