Job Title : Solution Architect (Salesforce)

Experience : 11+ Years

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM (IST)

Location : Remote

Salary Date : 15th of every month.

Budget : 90K

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 11+ years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, advanced experience with Salesforce modules, and certifications to validate their skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality design and development practices.
Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications while adhering to Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flows and functionality.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Salesforce development teams.
Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the organization’s evolving needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

11+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.

Expertise in designing complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalability and performance.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Familiarity with cloud architecture, including experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.

Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leading solution delivery teams.

Strong understanding of security protocols, data governance, and Salesforce data modeling best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
