Description – Client Servicing Executive (Simple Advertising Ideas)Job Title : Client Servicing ExecutiveDepartment : Client Servicing / OperationsLocation : Villivakkam, ChennaiWork style : Full time at location (NO Work from home or hybrid)Role OverviewThe Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across client accounts. This role is focused on coordination, execution, and follow-ups to keep projects moving seamlessly between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operational link between clients and agency teams, ensuring clarity of briefs and deliverables.
• Coordinate and track project timelines, approvals, and progress across campaigns.
• Manage documentation including job dockets, contact reports, and status trackers.
• Support campaign execution by liaising with creative, design, and digital teams.
• Prepare and maintain campaign schedules, project updates, and client reports.
• Handle vendor coordination for production, print, digital, and event-related requirements.
• Conduct quality checks before client delivery to ensure accuracy and adherence to briefs.
• Assist senior client servicing managers in servicing key clients while independently handling smaller accounts.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field / MBA1–2 years of experience in an advertising / creative agency preferred (Freshers with strong organizational skills may be considered)Strong communication and coordination skillsMail your cv to
