Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM development and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow UI and build dynamic solutions.
• Develop workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Configure and customize UI Builder and Agent Workspace .
• Create and maintain REST integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
