Job description

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations, integration with SAP ECC / S4HANA, and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM.
  • Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.).
  • Manage CRM master data, partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types.
  • Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S / 4HANA and other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI / PO, SAP C4C).
  • Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users.
  • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and Middleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models).
  • Understanding of SAP ECC SD / MM integration.
  • Exposure to SAP CRM on HANA or SAP S / 4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Business Partner management, Action Profiles, and Partner Determination.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP BTP integration.
  • SAP CRM certification is a plus.
