Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Presentation : Visit client sites to present company offerings, demonstrating our technical capabilities and value proposition to potential and existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop, foster, and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Brand Advocacy : Be an ambassador for our brand, actively building brand awareness and promoting our technical solutions in the market.
- Database Expansion : Expand the client database by actively generating referrals from existing, satisfied clients.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technology project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce / CRM : Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions.Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of how they can be leveraged to create scalable solutions.Project Management Tools : Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of managing technology projects and client relationships
