Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vertical Head to lead and scale a dedicated recruitment vertical within Careerxperts Consulting. This is a founding operator role , offering the autonomy to build and manage your vertical independently. The role is focused on delivering exceptional talent solutions for product startups, while driving growth, strategy, and operational excellence within your vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Ownership : Own end-to-end operations of a dedicated vertical, from strategy to execution, and scale it to deliver consistent results.
• Talent Strategy : Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier engineering talent across product startups.
• Market Mapping & Research : Maintain deep knowledge of the talent landscape, including competitor mapping, emerging tech trends, and niche talent pools.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a high-performance recruitment team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Revenue Growth : Drive revenue by converting high-value mandates into successful placements, leveraging your expertise and industry network.
• Process Optimization : Establish and refine recruitment workflows, tools, and metrics to maximize efficiency, candidate quality, and placement success.
