About Wholesale Banking Operations
Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale Banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Wholesale Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities / adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery / legal proceedings
About the Role
The role plays a pivotal role in the entire WBO Department. The role is responsible to take strategic initiatives on Ease of doing business. Drive centrally initiated projects across the Department and ensure improvement in productivity. The focus is on cost budgeting and control, key metrics tracking, publishing dashboard to leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement key initiatives for enhancing performance of all the Units, leading to overall improvement of the departments performance
Ensure timely submission of news letter and all finalized campaigns are driven to achieve desired outcome (track and monitor campaign output)
Achieve on Operational Transformation Plan
Implement and monitor the employee engagement initiatives
Drive the ISAT project for WBO Units
Drive Datamart, MIS Automation and WBO Portal projects
Driving SMART PDF implementation and adoption for all products under WBO - Trade, CA, CMS, RFRC, CCMO
Qualifications
Graduation / Post- Graduation from a recognized institute
6-7 years in a relevant role
Role Proficiencies :
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :
Knowledge of banking products and services
Ability to manage complex client situations
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good networking and relationship building skills
