Job Summary :
The Operations Executive plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. The role involves supporting daily operations, customer service activities, and coordination across departments-Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage-to ensure seamless functioning and uphold Tribe’s service excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Guest Services & ExperienceProvide a warm welcome and ensure smooth check-in / check-out processes.Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.Assist in special services and personalized guest arrangements to ensure high satisfaction.Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous improvement.Operational Support
Assist front office operations including reservations, billing, and room allocations.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely upkeep of rooms and common areas.Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and operational activities.Food & Beverage Coordination
Support dining operations in coordination with kitchen and service teams.Monitor dining service quality and ensure guest expectations are met.Assist in special dining events and promotional food & beverage activities.Sales & Promotions
Provide information to guests on Tribe’s services and ongoing promotions.Assist marketing initiatives such as community events and promotional campaigns.Support the sales team with guest insights and operational feedback.Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards.Report operational or safety issues promptly to management.Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels / Co-Living / Student Housing preferred).Experience in customer service or front office roles is an added advantage.Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and guest-first mindset.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Passion for hospitality and proactive approach.Basic knowledge of MS Office;familiarity with hospitality software is a bonus.
