Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Footwear Designer located in Mumbai. But this isn’t “just another design job.” You’ll be our first ever designer, which means you’re not joining a team, you’re creating it. You won’t be handed moodboards and guidelines; you’ll build them. From the first sketch to the first drop, your work will shape the DNA of the brand.

Expect chaos. Expect freedom. Expect to make sneakers people have never seen before.

What You’ll Do :

• Conceptualize & design sneakers that are bold, disruptive, and culturally relevant.
• Experiment with materials, shapes, and design language, no “template sneaker” mindset.
• Translate sketches into prototypes in collaboration with vendors & factories.
• Build the visual identity of our sneaker line (you’ll be defining the look).
• Work directly with founders, fast decisions, faster iterations.
• Push boundaries : if it feels “too much,” it’s probably just right.
