Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Engineer with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI application or automation workflow development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, and a proven track record of implementing impactful AI use cases. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about AI, demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI applications and workflows.

Implement and optimize agentic frameworks to enhance automation and decision-making processes.

Drive the end-to-end execution of AI use cases, from ideation to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and proactively propose innovative solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in AI application or workflow development.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and AI model deployment.

Demonstrated ability to implement and scale AI use cases in a business environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for AI and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in cloud-based AI solutions.

Familiarity with MLOps and CI / CD pipelines for AI projects.

Prior experience in a mid-management or team lead role.
